New Yorker previews Momenta Festival
By Steve Smith

But in this annual series, now in its fourth year, the Momenta Quartet showcases each member in turn: as performer, as curator, and sometimes as composer. This year’s programs focus, respectively, on music with words, tides literal and emotional, disparate aural terrains, and strength in numbers.
